Hoosier MMA Stand-up Class

This class blends striking with clinch work, teaching you how to transition smoothly between stand-up and the clinch. You'll learn how to control your opponent against the wall, fight effectively from the clinch, and use real-world skills that apply in both competition and self-defense situations.
Designed for all ages (13 and over) and experience levels, this is the perfect class to build confidence, improve conditioning, and become a more complete mixed martial artist—no matter where the fight takes place.

Our Kids No-Gi class helps build confidence, discipline, and real skills—both on and off the mat. Kids will learn how to control their opponent and defend themselves in any ground situation, all in a fun, structured, and encouraging environment. Ages 5-12

Cardioboxing

A combination of the traditional training movements of a boxer- including sparring, shadow boxing, and blows with aerobic training effect.

High/Low Impact Cardio

This fun, efficient, 30-minute class uses timed work-to-rest intervals to increase your muscular and cardiorespiratory fitness through exercises that are low or high-impact, depending on your needs. This cardio workout is tailored to the individual, by the individual and highly adaptable to all fitness levels.

Pound
Instructor: Sonia Anderson
A 45 minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming using lightly weighted drumsticks to achieve a full-body workout.

ZBox
Instructor: Sonia Anderson
A combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises performed in short training intervals called "rounds" to work your entire body. Rounds of Boxing, Dance, Body Toning= Burning an amazing number of calories and fat! End with ZEN/Relaxation.

Athletic Training
Athletic training is a group class geared towards the serious athlete and focusing on adding muscle mass. Class includes agility training, speed development, muscle development, joint strengthening and nutritional coaching.
This class meets for 90 minutes, 3 times a week. It is offered to gym members for $275 monthly or non-members for $325 monthly. See schedule for available dates and times.

Lifting 101
This class is designed for the novice weightlifter, 7th graders (age 12) and up! We will be teaching proper body mechanics and lifting techniques with whole body training. Proper lifting techniques is very important to prevent injury!
Courses are 6 weeks long and meet once/week for 90 minutes and is available for $100. See schedule for available dates and times.
