  • Simeon and Abby Stearns, Owners

    Simeon and Abby are the owners of Iron Benders Fitness and Nutrition. Owning a gym, has been a dream of Simeon’s for quite some time and came to fruition in 2019. Since that time, we have been working very hard on making that dream come true. Not only are we excited about being small business owners, we are extremely excited about the community impact we provide. Our gym provides a safe and uplifting place where people can become physically fit and improve self-esteem and overall well-being. We are a facility that is age inclusive, providing gym memberships, classes and personal training for those 12 and older.

  • Josh Clark

    Born and raised in Kentucky, Josh Clark discovered his passion for mixed martial arts at the age of 21 after winning a free gym membership. This sparked a journey that led him to Las Vegas, where he pursued a professional fighting career following his appearance on Season 19 of The Ultimate Fighter TV show. With over 35 fights, including 23 professional bouts and two world titles, Josh established himself as a formidable competitor. He also coached at UFC Fit and Mayweather Fitness in Las Vegas, building a long list of clients for one-on-one training

  • Michael Neace, ISSA-CPT

    Michael started his fitness journey in 2020 at 30 years old at Iron Benders Fitness and Nutrition. The gym was an intimidating place for him in the beginning. Michael decided to get some personal training sessions to help him feel more comfortable and get a good workout routine. Ever since his personal training sessions, he has loved going to the gym. Michael is now a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and tactical training specialist. He is excited to be able to help others make healthy changes through good nutrition and exercise.

  • Sonia Anderson

    Sonia has been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years. Having been overweight and inactive for most of her life, She knew she was headed for health issues. At the age of 29, She decided that she wanted to live to see her children grow and do all the things she dreamed. She made a commitment to living a healthy, active lifestyle.

    Sonia became an AFAA and FiTour certified group fitness instructor to help others learn how to do the same. She provides classes that are fun, yet challenging, to help others see and experience what their bodies are capable of through motivation and consistency.

  • Valerie Massie

    Valerie became a YogaFit certified yoga instructor for basic yoga instruction in 2018. She grew up on a dairy farm and dealt with fatigue, anxiety, severe back aches and dreaded waking up in the mornings. Valerie found that yoga was a great relief for these ailments after a long day. She fell in love with going to classes and began doing yoga in her free time at home. Becoming an instructor just made sense and has since become a life-long passion.

    Valerie’s basic yoga classes are a mix of relaxation and meditation with low to moderate intensity focusing on breathing, correct posture and correct alignment and movement.
